Try it at home. If the garment you purchased does not fit you and you wish to return it for a refund, you may do so but do keep in mind the following:
If you wish to return an item, an email must be sent to hautedistrict@gmail.com 3 days from receipt of the item with the account number that you wish the refund to be credited to. After this 3-day period, refunds will not be entertained.
Items should be returned unused, and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
We recommend that items be sent back via hand delivery at the pickup points listed under Order Now! However, you may send the items via Pos Malaysia or any courier service if this is more convenient for you. Although we will not be responsible for any damage or mishandling that may occur via this method.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to your account within 3 days of receiving the non-damaged item and will exclude shipping costs.
