New Sexy

Cleavage, so yesterday! Thigh, bordering on ‘slutty’. Mid-riff, maybe - in certain cultures. Back, getting hotter. Shoulder, sizzling hot! Showing off your well toned shoulders is the new sexy and it appeared (and is still appearing!) on major designer runways. Above, Natalia is wearing Stella McCartney’s Spring/Summer 2010.

I think it must be the bare shoulders teased with a sumptuous tan and sprinkled with a little glitter that makes men salivate – and not even one breast in plain sight! What amazing magic can a one-shoulder dress wrought on a mere mortal. To think the power women have…..

This season, I have been using my magic wand as well, a-bra-ca-da-bra-ing my way to offering a range of one-shoulder eye-candy. My one-shoulder dresses take you from day (with a little cardigan or jacket thrown on) to night.

Take a look at the Genny dress. A ripe olive green shade with a satin finish is so flattering. That little pleat in the middle is totally unexpected (in a good way!) and the way the dress moves with you is sheer sensuousness.

The Kim K dress – just perfect for cocktails or a close friend’s wedding reception. Named after Ms. Kardashian, this dress has all the bells and whistles to make you the most beautiful woman in the room!

But when you are in a rather light and cheery mood, the Sandra Dress will be a great choice. Doesn’t matter where you choose to wear it, you can expect compliments.

The Flora dress is sassy, chic and light. Leave your hair down and throw caution to the wind. You will relax in this pretty and comfortable dress.

  1. Very impressive. The articles are informative yet fun to read. Everything is well written and the language flawless, I actually found myself wondering if it was Malaysian! I've given up reading our local English newspapers and magazines because of the way the language is abused. Keep it up.
